She is responsible for the finance and operational activities of LPM and the Residential Division.
Nikki comes from a background in accounting, administration, and customer service. She has experience working in public accounting firms, but her passion is in the private sector. Over the years, she has successfully implemented new accounting software, providing our Clients with excellent reporting options. She has been a critical component of LPMs growth and a valuable asset. Nikki is the nucleus of LPM – Her tech savviness and forward thinking has pushed her to continually come up with new ways to improve our processes and procedures. Outside of work, she can be seen gardening and tending to her tomatoes. In addition, she enjoys art projects and gaming with her daughter.
