There is a reason Limestone is the highest rated Property Management Company in Kingston. If I could put 6/5 stars I would.

From looking at houses with Steve and Makenzie, to applying through Makenzie, the process was seamless. Once we were approved we were promptly sent instructions from Jodi for move in, online platform setup and that went smooth as well. Our move in date was January 1st, a holiday where we didn’t expect anyone to be working BUT Limestone was available. They gave us the code at 12pm for the lockbox and we had our new rental house. But it doesn’t stop there, within the first hour of us being at the house, Steve brought by a welcome bag with goodies. What company does that?!? It blew me and my wife’s mind!!

It’s been almost a month since we’ve had the house and Limestone has been so responsive to all of our requests no matter the time of day. They have always given straight timelines for EVERYTHING. Their responses have also been within 12 hours. The 20 year old furnace was broken and within 2 hours we had heaters and in a few days the furnace was replaced. The 10 year old water heater broke, they ensured that a plumber was here next day to look at it and fix it to the point we could get hot water. We were informed that it will be replaced. But every step they informed us. Shout out to Shasta, Steve and Makenzie who have been amazing through both of these items.

We came from 720 Princess Street who is managed by Shoreline and having Limestone Property Management as the managers of the place we rent now is a complete 180 from the previous company!!

Will definitely be recommending them to anyone moving out to Kingston and looking for rentals.
