We live in a rural area that requires bag tags for garbage dumping. We witnessed someone staying in the area today illegally dumping garbage by the road and Kate, who works for Limestone, stopped and knew that something wrong was happening. She took the time to turn around and talk to us, and offered to take the garbage all the way to the dump.
