I can't say enough good things about Limestone Properties! I own a place in Kingston and was seriously thinking about throwing in the towel on this whole landlord gig until I switched to these guys. Talk about a game-changer!
What really blows me away is how well they know Kingston - the market, the people, everything. They're always one step ahead, super detail-oriented, and just on it. They are super proactive, transparent, honest and, most of all, communicative–they are always keeping you informed. It's just such a relief knowing I've got this awesome team looking after my place.
One of the coolest things about Limestone is, they do it all. Like, everything! Property management, repairs, maintenance, vetting and finding tenants (and good ones at that!) - you name it, they handle it. And if they can't do it themselves, they know someone who can. Like I said, they know the area and all the players.
I've gotta give a special shoutout to Brock, who's in charge of my property. Not only is he great at what he does, but he's just an all-around awesome person. Always keeping our best interests at heart. Actually, the whole team is fantastic. Amelie in leasing is absolutely amazing, Kate O'Hara (an owner BTW) is a lifesaver and never too busy to make time for us when we needed.
Here's what really sealed the deal for me: Limestone took on my property when things were pretty messy, with a tenant situation that was... let's just say challenging. They could easily have said, "Thanks, but no thanks" and saved themselves a hassle. But they didn't. They jumped right in to help. That says a lot about who they are as individuals and as a company.
If you've got a place in or around Kingston, do yourself a favour and give Limestone a shout. They've made my life as a landlord so much easier, and I'm just really grateful to have them. My only regret is not having reached out to them sooner!
