Excellent service and customer service! We had a pipe burst in our apartment building at 3:00am and within 15 minutes the maintenance manager showed up and was great getting the water shut off and cleaning up everything that had been damaged and cleaning up all the water.

Limestone recently took over our building and it’s been refreshing! Steve is prompt to answer inquiries and even takes on our previous maintenance requests without hesitation, ensuring they are fulfilled and the results are exceeding expectations. Dave is the man of all trades and can fix anything in the building. We are notified of property work being done and how it will affect us with copious amounts of time. They are also flexible with our availability making renovations a breeze. Looking for forward to the future, it’s only been a few months and there has already been significant changes for the better!

When tenants moved out, our rental property in Kingston had a lot of renovating to be done. As we live out of the country, we relied on Limestone extensively. They helped us tremendously, coordinating all labour and materials deliveries for painting, flooring, bathroom remodel, etc. Once that was complete, the property was listed and nicely presented on their website.

Great for long distance landlords. As the landlord of a property in a suburb outside of Kingston, Limestone PM has been a great help in managing tenant placement, construction projects, and day-to-day tasks on an a la carte basis. I'm certainly not travelling hundreds of kilometres from the Greater Toronto Area to change out the furnace filter in a vacant unit, so it's critical to have a reliable team I can depend on. Amelie (the Leasing Manager), and Jason (the co-owner and apparent leader of the construction/maintenance team), have been a big help in getting my newly built home up to my spec, maintaining it, and placing a high quality tenant. Everyone in the company seems fairly responsive, and follows through with the commitments they make. I've had bad experiences with one-man contracting companies that don't honour their commitments, and Frontenac PM's service was awful. Discovering Limestone PM was a blessing.

I had such a good experience with Limestone Property Management! I worked with Makenzie who was very friendly, gave great advice and always quick to respond whenever I had questions even if they were at the weirdest times. Furthermore, I had multiple viewings with multiple companies the same day as Makenzie and Limestone - and this company was the most professional and courteous of all the ones I worked with. Makenzie followed up consistently and not just when confirming the viewing, she reached out the day of and even when we arrived earlier than scheduled she was able to fit us in because we had been talking consistently. Not to mention, I worked with her directly the entire time. I have had many companies where I would email one person, someone else would reply, someone else would show me the property and yet another person would oversee the application process. It was such a relief and made it so much easier to have one point of contact who knew everything that was happening for my case and the constant line of communication we had. We live in a rural area that requires bag tags for garbage dumping. We witnessed someone staying in the area today illegally dumping garbage by the road and Kate, who works for Limestone, stopped and knew that something wrong was happening. She took the time to turn around and talk to us, and offered to take the garbage all the way to the dump. She turned what could’ve been for us a real mess into a positive experience. Bravo, Kate!
